The Hotel cancellation & deposit policies vary based on the rate of offer selected. Different policies may also apply during special events & holidays.
Standard Flexible Policy
The reservation may be modified or cancelled up 72 hours prior to arrival . A one night (room, tax & fees) deposit is due upon booking. If the reservation is canceled or modified less than 72 Hours of arrival penalty applies of the 100% prepayment an is non-refundable. .
Non-refundable Policy
The reservation may not be modified or canceled . The total price of the reservation is due upon booking. In case of cancelation, modification, or non-show, full (room, tax & fees) penalty will apply.
Early Check-Out Policy
If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are 50% refunded..
No-Show policy
In case of a “no-show”, the total price of the reservation will be charged and is non- refundable.
Cancelation request & notification policy
There is only one way in which we can acknowledge cancellation of the guest’s reservation; the guest MUST send a cancellation request stating the reservation number via email to the following address: Reservations@TheBoutiqueHotelMiami.com
All cancellations are confirmed via email immediately after the reservation has been cancelled.

Your use of any of The Boutique Hotel websites (this “Site”) is governed by the following terms and conditions. Your use of this Site constitutes an agreement between you and The Boutique Hotel and its affiliates, subsidiaries and related companies (collectively, “The Boutique Hotel”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and your acceptance of Terms & Conditions.
PLEASE REVIEW THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SITE. BY USING, VIEWING, OR OTHERWISE UTILIZING THIS SITE, THE SERVICES OR FUNCTIONS OFFERED IN OR BY THIS SITE AND/OR THE CONTENTS OF THIS SITE IN ANY WAY, YOU AGREE TO EACH AND ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, PLEASE IMMEDIATELY DISCONTINUE USE OF AND LEAVE THIS SITE. CHEK-IN CHECK-OUT POLICIES
Check-in Age
Guest must be 18 years or older to reserve a room. Guest must present photo identification and proof of age upon arrival to the Hotel. Photo identification must match name on the reservation and credit card for reservation payments.
Check-In
Our check-in time is 3:00pm ET however should you need to arrive earlier, if an early arrival is available on your day of arrival , a fee might apply.
PLEASE NOTE that The Boutique Hotel main entrance mapping is 4TH Avenue ! Arrangements for checking-out will be made at the same time. The balance of the full Reservation Room rental amount is payable on arrival at check-in time or prior depending on reservation rate, prepayments, deposits policies that applies to your reservation.. Please note that check-in cannot be completed until full payment and Incidental Security Deposit for the room has been received and approved.
An Room key is provided at check-in time after the full rental amount has been settled. The cost of any keys needing replacement will be taken from the deposit.
During the check-in process, our receptionist will provide you with any information which may be required during your stay such as the location of near-by shops, good places where you can eat, sights you may like to see, places to go at night, etc. Always ask our receptionist for anything that would make your stay more enjoyable and convenient.
Check-out
You can check-out any time up until 11AM by local time. Later check-out times may be requested although we may not always be able to accommodate late changes and will depend on availability and on how busy we are. Late check-out fee varies depending on the time of day and daily rates.
At check-out time please drop keys wit the Front Desk Receptionist located in lobby at ground floor. Please note that a more detailed inspection of the room is usually made after the check-out time and we reserve the right to make charges for any damages or breakages found before the room is occupied again.
Incidental Security Deposit
The Incidental security deposit is refunded in the 24 to 48 hours business day and should be released by your card issuing bank automatically in 7 Business days after refund is issued, the payment is only by debit or credit card only , cash payment is not an option, in case of an exception and is accepted in cash at management discretion the amount of the Incidental Security deposit will be at management criteria.
Refunds Policy
All refund are issued whiting 14 Bussiness Days depending of your reservation and are issued to the original method of payment , in case of the hotel is not able to issued a refund because any guest related card problems or any other , the guest need to provide a valid full US address , the refund will be issue in a form of check/cashier by certified mail , no PO Box will be accepted . in case of foreign transaction refer to arrange with Hotel.
Hotel Property Policy
Please be aware that the rooms are furnished and filled with different room amenities depending of room to provide a service to guest during their stay and anything inside the rooms should be left where it was found, the guest is not allow to remove anything from the rooms the bed linen and towels should be placed where they were originally found. The bed linen and towels are NOT gifts and any other amenities found in the rooms should remain in the Room. ( this don't apply to toiletry or anything that is hotel complimentary pointed by hotel staff at check-in) in case of anything of the previous mentioned prohibitions happened fees for reposition of hotel property will apply. this also extend to the hotel common areas lobby , lobby bathrooms and anything inside defied by the hotel building property.
Non-Smoking
In our entire short-stay rooms smoking is not allowed. You will be asked to sign a document that you agree to a $250.00 fine if ANY evidence of smoking is found in the Room or in any of the building areas such as window ledges, the lift, stairs or the entrance area near to the reception. Please note that we comply with the local health and safety guidelines and recommendations provided by the EEC on smoking in public places. Please Note: Immediate termination of the Room Reservation is possible if:
HE does not allow any pets in the rooms without disclosure pets have to bed registered with the Front Desk ,Pet documentation and fees required . A $100 fine will be claimed if pets will be accommodated in the rooms, intimidate removal of the pet will be required from property .
Damages
During your stay, the Room and all equipment and furniture should be treated with care and kept in order. Immediate notification to The Boutique Hotel staff will be expected of any damages or breakages in the Room. You the Guest is financially responsible for any damage to the Room. This includes losses caused by you (The Guest) or a third party negligent actions and behavior. A summary check will be made of the Room check-out time. However, a more detailed review of the condition of the Room and all equipment and facilities will be made soon after check-out and before another guest occupies the Room. The Guest is responsible for any damages or breakages found that are over and above normal wear and tear and usage. In this case, a detailed statement of damage along with an invoice for the repair or replacement cost will be sent by email or fax immediately. Any costs will be deducted from the deposit immediately if this is still possible. Any costs will be claimed by return if they are greater than the deposit or where the deposit has already been returned. Please note, immediate notification after check-out of any damages to, breakages in or issues with the Room is expected.
Reservation Confirmation
When you make a reservation, you are booking an Room type (not a specific Room). Each Room type includes similar Rooms of similar size and equipment, however, interior design can be different. Reservations can only be taken and confirmed by making an advance deposit payment of 100% of first night rate or 100% of the full rental amount depending in reservation cancelation policy. This can be paid using debit and credit cards. Please note, your booking has not been made or verified until you receive a confirmation email from Reservations@TheBoutiqueHotelMiami.com.
Extending your stay
After you have booked your stay with us, you can extend your stay (depending on availability) by simply letting us know before you arrive.
If you are already staying with us and you would like to stay longer, please let us know at least 24 hours before your check- out date. We will do our best to accommodate your new plans and this can include relocating you to a similar room should this be necessary.
Children's stay policy
One child under 12 years old stays free of charge, please ask for children’s cots/cribs and subject to availability.
Pet policy
Are we pet friendly? You bet! A maximum of two pets are allowed per room.(only DOG as pet are allowed). Just make sure your furry friends do their business in the designated area and stay on a leash when outside the room. No rogue poppers and, sorry … no pets in the lobby areas (that’s the health department’s call and we’ve gotta heed their rules). Pets cannot be left unattended in rooms at any time. there is a $100 deposit required in the form of a credit card pre-authorization. and a $20.00 Pet Fee per Stay per Night ,Should your furry friend shed a great amount or have a potty accident in the room, a cleaning fee will be charged to the credit card on file in the amount of $100. Should your pet cause property or item damage, an incidental fee will be charged at market value to your credit card on file. Any funds remaining from the pre-authorized amount will be released after check-out and, dependent upon your bank’s policy, will reflect on your account within 10 business days. No cats or venomous creatures or any kind of exotic animal as pets are allowed in the property.

Accessible rooms
The Boutique Hotel is compliant with the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA). We offer accessible rooms within the hotel ground floor only and subject to availability. Please ensure requests reach us by placing it in the comments section of the online reservation form, or by email to Reservations@TheBoutiqueHotelMiami.com after the reservation has been made.
Frire Arms Policy
Any guest or visitor who is in possession of a firearm on hotel premises is personally responsible for abiding by all applicable federal, state and local laws with respect to firearms. Subject to the following restrictions, guests of The Boutique Hotel who are lawfully permitted to possess a firearm may bring such firearm onto hotel premises, provided that the presence of the firearm on hotel premises: is for storage purposes only; the firearm is and remains at all times unloaded; the firearm is and remains secured in a locked, hard-sided firearm container, provided by the guest, while transported to or from the guest room and while stored therein; and the firearm remains securely safeguarded at all times in a locked guest room or locked personal vehicle, except when transporting the firearm to or from a guest room. Guests who fail to abide by this policy may be asked to leave the hotel premises, without refund. The hotel premises are private property, and our firearms policy applies to: (i) all firearms, regardless of whether the firearm is a handgun or a long-barreled gun; and (ii) all guests and visitors, even those possessing a valid license or permit to carry a firearm. The only exception to the restrictions described in this firearms policy statement is for law enforcement officers and designated military personnel, who are on-duty and required to carry firearms in the performance of their duties.
Guest Safety Policy
As part of our commitment to guest safety, employees will not disclose the identity, room number or presence of a guest to anyone other than appropriate law enforcement. This includes the taking of or delivery of messages or indirect forwarding of phone calls. It is the responsibility of guests to communicate their presence and room number to any person they wish to receive calls or visits from. Safety cameras are used throughout the premises, and anyone on our property may be recorded.
PACKAGE DELIVERY POLICY
Hotel don't accept package delivery under no circumstance or personal mail , any received package will be send back with delivery carrier, or disposed at Hotel convince under no circustance HOTEL will be liable for any damage or lost of package or responsible for delivery and custody of any kind of package or personal mail of any guest.
